I have some very sweet raspberry wine and would like to make a dessert sauce with it. Any ideas for recipes?

We have most of a bottle of a very sweet raspberry wine and would like to make a dessert sauce from it. I will be using it to top raspberry wine brownies and vanilla ice cream.

Any suggestions for recipes/directions?

Chocolate Raspberry Ganache:

16 oz. semi sweet chocolate
16 oz. heavy cream

heat cream to boil, stir into chocolate until smooth.

Wine Reduction:

Place wine in heavy saucepan, reduce on medium flame by 1/2.
Add the wine to the chocolate ganache, stirring constantly

if it gets stiff heat over double boiler until workable.
