You can not sell homemade wine and stay legal in ANY state. It is against FEDERAL law to sell, trade, or even give away homemade wine or beer.

Yes. You can give away beer and wine. The legality of home-brewing varies from State to State, however it is legal in almost all states. If you are 21 years or older, you can brew up to 100 gallons of beer per year in your home. If there is more than 1 adult (over 21) in your household, you may, as a household, brew up to 200 gallons per year. You may not sell your beer with out the proper licenses. See you State office for the specifics within your own State.
You can't make or market distilled spirits(moonshine). You can produce beer and wine for sale as well. Have you heard of micro-brews and wineries. But selling it is going to require licenses to make and to sell your wine. Each state has different rules.
